February 11, 2019ARPolis, an innovative digital city guide for portable devices is on the making. It is a Diadrasis project, which will use Augmented Reality, Narrative Guiding and Machine Learning technologies, in order to offer a brand new Guided Tour experience in the city.
Requiring nothing besides your device, ARPolis will use multimedia content and provide it to the user via “narrative” structure, which unlike a simple repetition of information or points of interest, can emotionally involve the user in an experience of watching a story or take part in a game.
ARPolis is due to be completed by the end of 2019.
