November 15, 2024We are embarking on the development of a platform that simulates job interviews for children with developmental disorders.
We are embarking on the development of a platform that simulates job interviews for children with developmental disorders.
By wearing virtual reality headsets, users are immersed in a realistic, interactive 3D environment where they engage in real-time with a humanoid avatar that plays the role of a hiring manager. Educators can customize communication prompts to provide personalized guidance tailored to each child’s needs.
The project addresses a series of complex technological challenges, including the creation of realistic real-time interactions, adaptive user behavior understanding, and dynamic response personalization. Our goal is not only to develop a user-friendly and effective tool that meets practical requirements but also to conduct research that highlights the cutting-edge potential of Virtual Reality and Artificial Intelligence, which continue to evolve rapidly.
With this innovative approach, we aim to contribute to shaping a more inclusive and technologically advanced future for education. This project is implemented under a direct commission by the Research Laboratory of Digital Innovations in Public Health (DigInHealth) at the University of West Attica.
